You will have to get the code from the individual, or find out the selling dealer or you are screwed as far as I know. Once the power is shut off to the radio, it is toast until the correct code is re-entered. For what it is worth, I replaced mine with an XM capable Alpine aftermarket radio. Not terribly expensive and a much better radio and XM radio is killer--I never listen to anything else in the car anymore.
