How hard to swap seats (and non to heated) 850 1995

I am considering swapping seats between my 850 sedan (unheated) and an 850 wagon (heated). The seats in the sedan are in nice condition, and the seats in the wagon are not.

So, I am hoping to make the wagon my main car with the nicer seats, and would like to have them heated if possible.

1. How hard is it to simply swap the entire seat without worrying about moving the heating (I would do this if keeping the heating is too difficult)?
2. Would it be possible to swap the covers? My guess is maybe I could put my nicer covers over the guts of the heated seats with the cracked leather, and move that leather to my sedan. I had the hog rings out to do the cable R&R, so I have gone that far.

Thanks again for a helping hand. Don '95 854T 168.9K and ????
