Dont pull that Head! 850

Those of us who have had a lot of European car experience know that the engines are designed to go FAST. Unfortunately, with speed limits at 65mph in half of the states there is little opportunity to get the engine revving under load. Think of those Autobahn stretches where you can hit 130mph for a short while!

We have to improvise, like down shift to 2nd and drive that way to work one a week. The low rpms are good for gas milage, but they also introduce sludge buildup and insufficient internal oiling.

It is good for the white engines to exceed 4000 rpm once in a while, and good for our blood pressure, too :)
