Stall when driving 850 1994

Here's one I can't figure out, car will stall DRIVING when clutch is in neutral idle (5 speed) BUT ONLY WHEN GAS TANK IS FULL TO 1/2 FULL. Car never stalls when standing still idling, or when I have under 1/2 tank of gas. Thought I had water in gas tank so let tank run down, Thought it was some kind of fuel delivery problem, but fuel pump and relay are newly replaced. Can hear fuel pump when turning key on. Tried filling it with premium and dry gas, no difference. Any Ideas?
