2001 T5 sluggish - what gives? V70-XC70 2001

We have a '01 v70 T5 that has become more sluggish off the line over the last year or so. Even my wife has remarked that it doesn't go like it used to. I took it to the Volvo dealership last Friday and got an ECM and TCM update, and they also replaced a boost valve on the turbo. These things helped some, but I think the base version would be quicker off the line than the car is now. Even the mechanic noticed what I was talking about but didn't offer any suggestions beyond what he did. Any ideas where to look next? It has 98,000 miles and recently had the timing belt service.
