question about a car thats parked mostly all of winter 850

Find something like a board to park your wheels on if you are in dirt or grass. The moisture on the resting part of the tire is not good for it. It will "flat spot", but if you keep the tires inflated to 35-40lbs that will help.
Rather than start it once a week, which kills the oil, change the oil and find a solar battery charger on Ebay to keep the battery charged up. They plug into the cigarette lighter and sit on the dash.
You could also remove each spark plug and put a table spoon of oil into each cylinder, then put the plug back in. That keeps the rings from rusting.
Do worry about squirrels, mice, etc. Do not worry about the tires too much.
