No! 850

My '95 850 (sedan) has spent all it's 153K miles in the salt covered east. It has zero rust on the body. I have noticed some surface rust starting in the weld area where the spring perch meets the strut tube. That is it. I sold a '94 850 sedan with 200K miles last year. It had even less rust.

I would look over an 850 like any other car, but certainly wouldn't discriminate against salt-belt cars. I agree with KlausC, heated seats are of paramount importance.

Good luck with the search. I think the 850 is a great value for the money they go for.
