need to solve 2 code problems 850

Hey..
I Have a 94 850 turbo 5 speed and when I am driving if under load, the car struggles around 1500rpm. No matter what gear.
If I stand on the gas past this point when the car reaches high boost it cuts right out.

The lambda light is on so I pulled the codes today.
From A2 I got 414 and 213

414 is Boost pressure regulator too high

213 is TPS fault at full load

How should I fix these problems??

Any tips?
