Frozen intercooler removal?

It's (apparently) water vapor in the air that condenses in the intercooler under certain humidity/temperature conditions. There are "fixes".

Try the Brickboard "Search" function. I think some have bypassed the intercooler for the really nasty months of "Global Cooling". There is a solution somewhere, if not on Brickboard, its in the plumbing department of Home Depot or Lowes.
