Timing Belt S70

When I bought my '98 GLT, the previous owner showed my a Volvo dealership repair invoice that showed a belt had been replaced at around 74K miles. I asked the owner if it was the timing belt. He indicated it was. I recently showed the invoice to a Volvo mechanic and he looked up the part number is the belt was the serpentine belt. My GLT now has almost 138K miles.

Besides the timing belt, do I need to replace the tensioner and other items that have been mentioned in prior post.
