150K service+ other service woes 850

Just paid the dealer about $550 for the 150K service, did not include the timing belt (wanted another 580 for that, plus $600 to replace the strut mounts)

Question is what should I get replaced when I am getting the belt done (found a local Indy shop, that want ~300 for the timing belt job) Car is running fine, but should I get the pulleys and the water pump etc replaced while they are doing the belt job.

Second question, Should I get the struts replaced too when I am getting the mounts done. What else makes sense to get done, and bite the bullet now?

Car is a 1995 5SPD GLT Sedan with 149K on the odo

Thanks
