Help 98 S70 Key and Alarm question S70 1998

I have a key but it only works for the ignition. For some reason it does not turn when I put it in the door key entry so I can't lock/unlock doors. Also I don't have the keyless remote. The alarm is activated and I don't know how to deactivate it.

What is the best thing for me to do? Should I get a keyless remote so I can atleast lock/unlock doors and also deactivate alarm. And then after that if I want get another key or fix the lock to be able to use the key besides the keyless remote for locking/unlocking.
