2000 AWD S70 S70

I'm usually on the RWD forum (my '89 240 has 318,000 miles). I've been looking at a 2000 AWD S70 locally. The car appears to be in very good condition but it has 190,000 miles on it. All the service intervals are stamped off in the maintenance book by the volvo dealer where it was purchased new. I have no experience with volvo AWD. How reliable are high milage AWD's? The car really appears to have been carefully maintained.
