1999 Volvo V70 XC, Problem with Viscous Coupling, Please Help!! V70-XC70 1999

I have a 1999 Volvo V70 Cross Country. I just found out from the dealer that I need a new Viscous Coupling. This is the part between the rear drive shaft and differential. When I turn "at slower speeds" to the right or left I'm getting a grabbing, rubbing sound. It goes away when I accelerate and straighten out the vehicle. I was wondering if other's have experienced this same problem and how you resolved it. Procedure for removal and installation? Any used Volvo part dealers out there reading this? The last 6#'s of my Vin# are 595323. It is the later version 1999. Thanks
Anthony
