ABS module question 850 1997

You have a classic case of abs failure denial. The symptoms are:

-I wonder why the abs light is blinking on an off?
(hairline cracks in the solder connnections in the abs unit due to lack
ability to absorb heat)

-if it is abs module failure a new unit will cost me $500-700 installed

-it can't be that--maybe it is an ignition switch or wheel sensor
(a cheaper fix, but unlikely)

-do a search on the Brickboard and find out through countless other posts
that is most likely the abs module

The cure for denial is:

-contacting Victor and finding out, as countless others have, that Volvo
made a defective abs module which he can diagnose and repair better than
than the original
