core temperature sensor in Volvo 760 1990

Your car is at the dealer, right? Buy a new expansion tank along with a new cap, fill it with new antifreeze mix and drive over to Rule 308s garage. Core? temp sensor?? The only core I know of is in the center of the earth and that will melt any sensor you try to put in it :)
If you go to the FAQs, you will discover a way to look at the trouble codes yourself and an explaination of what the number means. The only temp sensor is under the the thermostat, there is none in the radiator core.
The guys at the service desk ar not mechanics.
