Towing with a V70 V70-XC70

I have an 850 wagon and was wondering how this transmission cooler thing goes. Would a mechanic need to install this? Is there anything new to worry about now that I've added another accessory to the car and which would be a good brand of cooler to buy? Can a tow hitch installation place install it along with the trailer hitch?

Also, can the wiring harness be bought strait from Volvo for my car?

p.s. I didn't mean to stir up more commotion
