Strange Starting problem on Turbo Sedan -PNP switch?

Hi everyone,

I have a very strange intermittent starting problem on my 850. Every once in a while I can't start it for a few minutes. All the lights come on like normal, radio works etc, but there is nothing from the starter. It acts like steering lock but the wheel will move. I have had the ignition switch replaced previously, so I am fairly sure that isn't the problem. This will continue for a few minutes until I am able to make the problem "go away" by frantically wiggling the steering wheel/moving the shifter, pushing...whatever. This is really intermittent, so it never became a pressing issue.

I have a vague recollection that this might be related to the PNP switch, but I am nowhere near technical enough to figure out if this is true. Any advice or anyone had a similar experience?
