ABS and STC warning comes up on startup - after battery was changed S80 1999

Hi, here is the brief history: Back a few months, no warnings what-so-ever and car running great. Battery needed to be replaced after it mostly discharged after using a car vac (engine would not turn over, i was just getting a clicking sound). After jumping and driving, test showed battery was not holding charge very well. since it was winter and orig. battery (1999) i put a new one in. Car started and starts w/ no problem. Right away after the new batt. was installed i started getting the "!" yellow light and "ABS needs service" also over time i would get on & Off an STC warning (STC needs service) on the screen. I am 100% sure that the warnings were triggered by the dead battery or trying to start the car w/ the dead battery. What do you think? Is there a way to reset the warnings or do i need to visit the dealership to hear about all the parts that need to be replaced? Thanks for any ideas.
