Bad Caliper? 850

My 850 just sits around alot ever since that deer got me and I decided I needed a new car.
First noticed this last summer:
When driving I can hear what sounds like a rubbing sound coming from the rear passenger side tire. Sounds to me like the caliper seized up and the pads are rubbing against the rotor. - Does this sound correct? I had the wheel off the ground and could hear the sound when spinning the wheel. There feels to be some drag on it as well.

This past weekend, I noticed almost the same sound from one of the front wheels.

In addition, when I hit the brakes i hear what sounds like a hissing sound. - The brakes haven't been bled in a while, I don't believe my mechanic did that when he last replaced the pads, maybe a year and a half ago.

Thoughts? Ideas? Instructions? New Calipers?

Thanks,

~Jon...
