V70 radio V70-XC70

I just fixed a radio button on my 2001 Volvo V70 XC. One of the radio station changing buttons would not function properly. Whenever we hit a bump in the road the radio station would change, and the control on the steering wheel would not work. I removed the radio and took it appart. I noticed that once the control panel was off, there are some very small, 3/16" buttons that have a small rubber cone in them. I gently prized off one of these and saw that the cone was broken. I removed another button, once that I do not use (RND - whatever that means) and used that cone to replace the other one. The little square snap on lid was broken too so I replaced it as well. Put it all back together and it works fine. If anyone has a question, please contact me. Hope this helps. Saved me from buying a new radio.
