BRAKE light on Dashboard 850 1994

That brake light comes one for one reason: brake fluid is low. Now, why the brake fluid is low could be a disaster waiting to happen. You could have a broken brake line and half of the braking system is not functioning, or other problems.
Your ABS and CEL being on means that you need to check the codes stored in the onboard diagnostic boxes. Check the 700/900FAQ section in the pull down box (-select shortcut-) and learn how to read your own codes.

Meanwhile, stay in CA. I don't want you following me down the road.
