timing belt help 850

I am changing the timing belt on my '94 850, which has ~240K miles. Belt was done 70K miles ago, at which time I also did the water pump. Should I change the tensioner this time around? Also the tensioner and idle pulleys? Runs into $200 extra for these parts. I will of course change the serpentine belt. Cam and crank seals seem OK, and I am reluctant to mess with them.

I would appreciate any input.
thanks
