The ashtray bulb is the same as the shift indicator bulb. At Borton Volvo, they charge 11.37 for ONE (part# 363149-4). The bulb and plastic are one and do not come apart, but it looks just like some of the 240 bulbs... if there is a junk yard around???

Not a bad price for the east coast. You are past due for a Tbelt and tensioner. Just a little work and you have a reliable car :)
