9550 window down--getting it up! 850

My window switches, aside from the passenger window, has not worked in several years. This has not been a problem as the driver window button works fine. Over the years, I just took the ball bearing out fo the other switches since they did not work anyway. But....today the dog stepped on the window switch and low and behold the passenger window went down!! It will not go back up.

I have removed the black plastic cover and took a screwdriver to the metal strips and tried to raise the window as this has worked in the past years to raise the window. It is not working now. I need to get this window up asap due to oncoming rain and plus a vacation trip next weekend. Help!!

I do not need the window functional, since I can still raise and lower the drivers side window. I just want the passenger window raised back up.
