S60 AWD self-steering S60 2003

This issue is for a 2003 s60 AWD (haldex). I recently switched over from Nokian winter tires to the summer tires. Upon the switch, the car seems to self-steer. You literally have to fight to keep the car on the road when the pavement is bumpy or uneven. There is no vibration in the wheel, and when the road is perfectly flat it seems fine (brakes in a straight line). Any ideas? I don't want to get an alignment or have the tires balanced if it's the steering rack or something to do with the AWD. My instinct is that it must have to do with the summer tires, but perhaps it's been a problem, but was hidden by the more forgiving Nokians.

Thanks in advance.
Bill
