HVAC Flap Actuator V70-XC70 1998

I noticed a very irritating noise coming from the A/C vents. It turns out to be the HVAC Flap Actuator (volvo part # 9142629). My question is, Now that I've found it, how difficult is it to replace it? How much of the dash needs to come out? I can reach (with quite a bit of difficulty) two screws that hold it to the duct work. Are these the only two screws and will it come out then or is there something attached to it on the inside?
