A/C intermittent. Recirculate switch slow..... V70-XC70 1998

Hi All,
Have a 98 v70 with 112k miles. A/C has been great; has not ever needed a charge or leak repaired (odd for 850s and 70s apparently). Anyhow, today while driving along, I noticed the a/c began to blow warm humid air. The a/c switch was still depressed and light illuminated. I turned it off, turned the fan off and then turned it back on again. It began to work normally. This happened a few more times before I made it home and parked it. Also, for a few weeks now, I noticed that if you press the recirculate button, it takes some time an dthen the light will come on and you can tell it is in recirculate mode.

this happen to anyone else?
