Rusty brake rotors 850 1996

Hello
I've looked at few of the rust on rotors posts and it seems like this might be common but I just want to check in case I need to take it back to the brake shop. I had new pads and rotors put on a few weeks ago. They have been squealing a decent amount intermittently. Sometimes they don't do it all, but other times it's pretty bad. Well last week after a rain storm I walked out and noticed all 4 rotors totally covered in rust. After driving it, the rust did come off except for on the hub area and other spots that don't come into contact with anything. Is there anything to be worried about with any of this? I never noticed any rust on my old rotors. Did they just install cheap rotors? Is the noise something to worry about?

Thanks for the advice!
