1998 V70 T5 - wiper blades doesn'i work smoothly V70-XC70

HI all
I have explained a problem with the heater fan in my previous massage – another question - My wiper blades doesn't run smoothly - it looks to me that there is too much grip on the wind shield and apart of the not pleasant noise when they are working there is always water traces on the wind shield- I have changed to new once with graphite coat - improved a bit but after 4-6 weeks same again - anyone experienced with such a problem?
