Strange clunks to diagnose 850 1995

We just bought a 95 850 turbo wagon. After the car has sat for a while 4-5 hours or more then you go for a drive and the first substantial bump causes a sort of groweling groaning creak from what sounds to be the front suspension. What could this be? Upper strut mounts?

The car has the TME sport springs and Bilsteins all the way around.

Another clunk happens when the tranny enguages after being put in gear (either drive or reverse). Is this the problematic upper engine mount. Mine has been upgrades with the polly IPD part however, when I rev the engine while watching it it still rocks back and forth a fair amount at this mount. Should this mounting point be rock solid or have some movement?

Thanks for the advice,
Wayne
