A/C Not Working...PLEASE HELP??? 850 1995

Hello Everyone,

Well it's that time of year again and my A/C is not working. I pulled the codes from the B1 slot and got 1-2-2 (outside temp sensor) and 4-1-4 (driver's side temp fan seized. I removed both cabin sensors and blew them out. Hooked them up again and turned on the key and they both work great!! Checked codes again from B1 slot and got 1-1-1 (no faults). Now what???? If I'm getting no codes, why isn't the A/C working? The clutch will not engage. I tried jumping it but that didn't work either. Also, I have the dreaded lights blinking on my climate control panel but I don't know what these mean. I have the type of climate control where there are two controls with degrees on them for the driver and the passenger.

If anyone can steer me in the right direction to try and get this A/C up and running, I will truly appreciate it!!!! Are there any relays or sensors I should be checking? I've searched so many posts but need more guided, detailed info on what to do. Lots of women know what y'all are talking about but I don't. With a little detail I can usually get the job done.

Thanks for any help you would give me!! Please be specific. I appreciate it!!!
