Thanks Klaus for the help! You are indeed correct that I do tinker too much. The alternator consistently reads out 13.75, which I thought to be in the normal range. If it is supposed to be 14.5 plus then looking at the brushes I will. I looked over World Pac's webpage and couldn't find replacement brushes. Can you replace just the brushes, or does one need a new alternator? Thanks :)
