dirty intake valves 850 1994

Some bluish smoke from a 177k mile engine running 4k plus rpms would be pretty normal I would think. Run the engine up a little in low gear and let off the gas. If there's any valve guide or ring wear that should cause some pretty good tailpipe smokeing. It there's any excess internal engine pressure a loosened oil filler cap should bounce around a bit when the engine is running. Running a few tanks of gas w/ injector cleaner may help clean up the valves a bit too.
