Head Light Wipers V70-XC70 1999

One of my headlight wipers got knocked out of joint. Got it pretty much squared away. But it goes out of wack every once and a while. Well off to the dealer for a look see, ah yes you need a new wiper motor and how can it be? A new head light. Hold it says I to Swen, there must be a better way.

Which one of you guys out there would like to share with me? I've had the headlight assembly out before, didn't involve the wiper. What gives? Because I Drive a XC do they think I got a box of dough?
