Car vibrates when I accelerate 850 1996

I just replaced both control arms, one axle, CV boot (outer passenger right side), 4 new tires and one tie rod on my 96' 850R. I can't get the car aligned correctly, I took it to several places to get it aligned and it still pulls to the right. I took it to the dealership (bad Idea I think) and had the Turbo return pipe seal replaced...needless to say I did allot to this car in the last week, and now very time I accelerate the car shakes and vibrates really bad then it goes away once the turbo kicks off. I had the car re-aligned, tires rebalanced and it still shudders like crazy when I accelerate. Not sure what to do...I hope it's not a vacuum issue with the replacement of the return pipe seal....not sure how replacing the seal would cause any issues.

Please advice,,,,
