changing fuel filter S70 1998

The 17mm wrench is not to torque the filter off, it is used to help the quick release fitting come apart! Just clean all of the crud off and the fitting pushes forward/rear.

If you do this in the morning, before you start the car, there will be no pressure. But, to make sure, at the end of the fuel rail at the injectors, there is a schrader valve you can depress. Keep a cloth handy incase there is pressure.

Made in Japan used a wad of chewing gum to stop the flow of gas from the engine compartment! In reality, there is only 1/2 cup in the line.
