You didn't mention fuel economy among your criteria, but if you care, you might search for low rolling resistance tires. The (expensive) Michelin Energy MXV or the (cold weather) Nokians qualify, but there are some reasonable Continentals, Bridgestones, and Dunlops out there. Expect a few percent better mpg.
