No. You could switch to HID?
If your fogs are like mine, they are pitted so bad it is hard to see the reflector. So I took mine off, cleaned them, sanded them with 400 grit, and painted them with gloss polyurethane. Now, I can see the reflector and the lights shine on the garage wall.
On the first one, I just used a brush which came out perfect. The other side, I used clearcoat in a can, and it was harder to apply without getting bumps in it. I am waiting until next spring to compare the two.
