Has anyone changed a power window motor and regulator on a v70 V70-XC70 1998

Hello, My power window motor on the drivers side window has gone out. I checked the switch and it checked out to be good. So, I bought a motor with regulator on ebay. The only way to change the motor is to remove the regulator because the motor has 3 screws on the back side of the regulator. So I removed the regulator put the new regulator in place but know I am having a heck of a time getting the regulator arms hooked to the bottom of the window. Has anyone ever done this and if so do you have any tips fro doing this job. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
