2000 S70 2.0 T5 automatic transmission problem? or TCU? S70 2000

I'm driving this S70 2.0 T5 FWD for 7 years in Malaysia.
This final version of S70, a Lot of engine parts is same as S80.

I experience that gear box problem now, when driving at 2000rpm 50km/h on that time automaticaly shift up the gear it like a knock by big hammer shock and N to R when entre to reverse gear. This problem started at radiator leakage. That time change radiator and automatic gear oil etc..
How to solve this problem, someone said change gearbox, others said transmission control unit having problem, when I sent to Volvo dealer they said US$6500 to change new gearbox. (Oh my god!)
Some mechanic said overhaul will do.
What can I do ?

2ND
This car has an auto cruising control system but my one doesn’t work!
I ask dealer service to check EDB then they said can't find out software.
Re-installation for software US$600. Again (Oh my god!)
How do I get 3rd party software?
