odometer roll back ? S70

This is a tough one. If there are any service records going back a few years or a friendly dealer where the car was serviced, you could check the milage. If the ECU has been swapped out from another vehicle, you are out of luck with the scanner.
190K miles is a lot, and timing belt would have been changed (check for sticker with date).
