Fender Problem 850 1997

I can't help with part numbers, but removing the fender is not terribly difficult, just take off the turn signal first. There is a hidden bolt which you can see when you open the door.
With the fender off, you could probably straighten the inner fender with a hammer and 2X4. Never use metal against metal, especially the fender which is galvanized. The fender is very soft, so be careful and remove the door dings with a rounded piece of wood.
The rivits that hold the mud flap on can be bought at Volvo for a fortune or you could buy white Drive Rivits at Home Depot, used for vinyl siding.
