Random stalling (95 850 Turbo Sedan) 850

Hi I have a 95 Turbo 850 and lately when driving i'll go to accelerate and nothing happens. The car stays at idle. This has happened as I approached a ramp or a stop light. As I begin to slow down (around 40) and go ahead and give it some gas to speed up a bit the car doesn't do anything. I can floor the gas pedal and the rpm's stay at idel. I drop the car in neutral and noting either. When this happens, as I mentioned I hold the gas pedal all the way down and i've noticed that the rpms will drop a little more. All I have to do is pull over and turn off the car for a few seconds and then once I've restarted I'm good. I have about 204k on the car. Not sure where to start checking since I have no codes. Plugs are new.
