odometer failure, but not the gears 850 1995

I have a 95 850 GLT (non-turbo) that has a failed odometer and Cruise Control (not sure if these problems are linked, maybe a speed sensor somewhere perhaps?). The cruise control vacuum lines all loook just fine, no crakcs or breaks.

The Speedo works fine, the ABS light is off and no A2, A3 or B2 fault codes (all showing 1-1-1).

I've had the odometer out and all the gears are intact, no broken teeth. Anyone out there have any other suggestions about what I might check? Could it be the Odo motor failing?
