Turn signals & lights don't function;also display doesn't change when rotating turn lever knob S80

Ever since I got a co. Honda Civic, my S80 has been kept pristinely for weekend drives...

Today, I take it out and all of a sudden I am aware that theturn signals & lights aren't functioning and, also, the various fuel econ. displays don't change when I rotate the control on thelever for the turnsignal to the left of the steering column. (Even the turn sig indicator doesn't light above the spedometer.).
Strangely, the emergency blinkers work fine as do their indicators above the sped. shared w/ the turn signals.

At first, I thought it was a fuse; I checked #21 & #23 in the in-dash fuse panel and even some in the engine fuse box... Swapped some out, but no change...

Sounds like a software, electrical, heat-related glitch.... Before taking it to the dealers, any ideas that I could try on my own??? Would be nice to be able to reset the soft/electrical?... Maybe, there is another fuse I should be looking at?

Any idea or advice? It is a 99 s80T6 w/130K miles. Had it from 0....

Thanks!
