To buy or not buy... V70-XC70 1998

Hello again, I sold my 1996 850 years ago, and now I came accross the following vehicle, but I don't know if I should do it or not:

1998 Volvo V70 AWD
silver, one owner
103,000 miles
Has ALL records up to the 90k service (i.e. DID not do the 90k service yet)
Few scratches on body, no real dents, scratched rear bumper
Known NEEDS: Tires
Already had a new A/C unit in it recently (big reason on why I am considering it)


What should I expect to pay for the 90k service, or does anyone have the list of what is involoved(i'm sure I can do most of it myself)

When is the timing belt or water pump due for replacement?

I am a little afraid of the AWD system as well...but I look forward to it this winter:-)
