My 850T heater fan will run for a minute then shutoff. If I shutoff the car, then restart it, the fan will come on and then a minute later shutoff. It just started doing this yesterday.

It has the Automatic climate control (ECC)

Can it be the MOSFET transister as mentioned in a few of the other posts?
