NO start (stumped) 850 1995

I had posted the coffee spill leading to srs light question.
Got around to working on the car and removed the center console all went well.
But now the car will not start At all. it cranks cranks but no signs..maybe an sputter Every now and then..
Things i've checked..

Spark...both entering the dist..and at every spark plug..all good
Fuel..both entering the full rail and it spurts out of the spark plug hole while cranking.
Crank>camshaft's position..looks good.
Compression..varies wildly..from 90's to 120's but this block is stone cold..

Im stumped..

The car ran fine just yesterday while i had the center console out and had cleaned the crash sensor..it was just this am while i was trying to read/wipe codes off of the A and B box that this started to happen..
Any help?
