NO start (stumped) 850 1995

Well klaus it sound right. this "lawnmower theory" I just went out there and removed all the plugs so it would crank easier...cranked for 60sec for about 3 times then one 2min crank...
hooked up the compression tester...and now i have anywhere from 30 psi to 90 psi compression across the 5 cyl...sometimes i see 130 psi..but on the next test..it comes back down..so im sold on the sticky lifter theory..but it seems like either i'll have to wait for warmer weather its in the its 43 right now..or??? because cranking is not getting them freed up..
any other ideas to let them valves close?..short of removing cams and doing it by hand?
